Ordering Policy

• Orders are accepted only through Phone Call, WhatsApp, Email, or Written Quotation.
• This website does not provide online checkout or online payment.
• Product prices are provided only after customer enquiry or quotation request.

Service Area

Our products are supplied only within Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. For delivery outside these locations, please contact us before placing your enquiry.

Return & Replacement

• Products may be considered for return or replacement only if they are received damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed quotation.
• The issue must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
• Returns are subject to inspection and approval by M.K. Enterprises.

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
